About Us
Advances in Health Research (AIH) has been at the forefront of pharmaceutical and medical device research since 1998. In 2021, AIH and MyCHN joined together to provide patients of the clinic and members of the community access to care through clinical trials.
Community Health Network serves people from diverse areas, backgrounds, and races/ethnicities of a three-county region that includes Harris County, the largest populated county in Texas. Patients provided care include men, women, and children ranging from newborns to centenarians.
Community Health Network is a multidisciplinary healthcare organization that has thrived in the turbulent healthcare environment for the past eleven years. During the COVID pandemic grew by more than 60% in patients served annually.
The coming together of these two organizations provides Advances in Health with access to specialty providers and a database of patients that includes more than 115,000 records as of August 2021.
Our story
Community Health Network serves people from diverse areas, backgrounds, and races/ethnicities of a three-county region that includes Harris County, the largest populated county in Texas. Patients provided care include men, women, and children ranging from newborns to centenarians.
Community Health Network is excited by this acquisition in part because it provides our patients with access to essential and leading research. Also, it gives Community Health Network additional foundation to continue employing leading practitioners from multiple disciplines. Community Health Network, in turn, provides multiple sites where subjects can enter for screening and randomization. Multiple clinic sites allow for more significant numbers of subjects to access clinical research studies.
